Yes. All invite links are now Joini5.com/your old identifier. The old invite link extensions work but now you can personalize your invite link. Sign in, click Account tab and personalize your invite. For example: an old link of invite5.com/12345aa is now joini5.com/12345aa. Personalize your link to whatever you want today.
No. Once changed your personal invite link is permanent. Pick a good one.
Once you have $10 available you can request funds from your Account tab / Funds section. All payments are sent via Pay Pal.
Payments are made on the 20th of every month. You must request funds before the 10th of that month.
Only a valid email address tied to a Pay Pal account is required. Once you hit $600 you will need to submit proper tax information to continue receiving payments. This provides for proper account and your true ID will be validated.

It could be a couple things. One is to make sure cookies are enabled. 3rd party training ads use cookies to know when ads are clicked. Two is your location. 3rd party training ads are only available in North America. Once the 10 Cent Ads are available, the rest of the world will benefit from ads ‘by request’.
